Baton Pilot Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026. Baton account and relay services are operated through goseth.top.

What we collect

• Account identifiers: phone number, email address, Apple user identifier, or Google user identifier, depending on your sign-in method.
• Device information: device ID, device role (Mac / phone), and optional device public key, used to connect devices on the same account.
• Technical logs: IP address, timestamps, and error codes, used for abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect

Baton does not store agent conversations, confirmation choices, code, or file contents in plaintext on our servers. The relay only forwards end-to-end encrypted data.

How we use information

Authentication, device routing, abuse prevention, product announcements, and desktop update notifications.

Third parties

SMS providers, email delivery providers, Apple, and Google are used only to verify that you control the selected identity. We do not provide them with conversation content.
